To support her team’s creative growth and inspire personal discovery, lighting designer Lindsey Adelman established a program in which employees were given a stipend and a week to spend in a workshop environment. Her only requirement was that they answer a set of questions about the experience and take photos, all of which would be shared with their colleagues upon their return. Having amassed quite a few of these questionnaires, she asked us to shape them into stories that could be shared on the company’s website, thereby honoring their experiences and organically communicating her company’s values.
